The interview was very professional and well thought out. It was a great balance of both the company’s desires and expectations as well as listening to mine. It was important to Emily to express her company’s core values and to be very open and transparent with me as well she invited me to do the same. I could tell that it was Emily’s goal to not only find a quality employee but to find someone who could add to the personality and integrity to the team that was in place. Overall it was one of the best interviews that I’ve experienced
