3 stages; First with the hiring manager and HR representative. Very professional and standard interview procedure, learning about the company and giving a general background on myself as well as a couple situational questions. Second was a technical assessment with the hiring manager, specifically tailored to the role I had applied to. Third was an informal catch-up with the CEO to give him an outline of my background and ask my own questions about the business. All 3 were in the space of a week and from first seeing the job advert it was just a couple days before the first interview, so all round very efficient and was made to feel wanted/valued by the business.
