You show up to their main office in chandler at whatever time you’re scheduled for. Then you sign in at the front desk until you’re called into the first part of the interview. A women, whom I’m assuming is the hiring manager, asks you a few basic questions about you and your job history. Basically going over your resume with you. After all that they give you an offer. Mine in particular was $11/hr which is currently minimum wage. I declined that offer mostly due to the fact that I can do any other job for minimum wage let alone be outside in the elements and expose myself to pesticides daily. For those people who are fine with that, they move into the group interview portion which I never went to seeing as the pay offered was mediocre.

Interview was fun and exciting nothing too crazy, asked general questions; everyone introduced themselves, manager spoke of how awesome and the successful the company was; they are growing and need more Representatives and Technicians to work for them; which isnt a bad thing.
