The interview process and facility are a joke. The person I met with should not be allowed to conduct interviews because I have never met anyone more disinterested in the 24 years I've been in the work force. He came out to greet me and the other prospect that arrived before me, and instead of at least knowing the name of who he was greeting he said "Which one of you was here first." His office was a professional disaster. Guitar in the corner, incense burning, a broken chair that had the arm glued back on, and things stacked everywhere. The door that led to the restroom had large chips in it showing the paint color underneath, and large areas of the walls that showed dirty scuff marks next to that. While I was waiting, one of the shuttle guys came in and kissed two of the younger cafe girls on the cheek. Needless to say, THIS PLACE IS A HOT MESS!!!
