This company lacked professionalism from the start. I applied for and thought I was interviewing for a Divisonal Management position. I was told that my original appointment needed to be changed because the owner wanted to meet with me personally. I get there and the owner has no idea what I am talking about. Then he tells me he is going to have the Landscape Division Manager speak with me. HUH?? yea apparently they were looking for a landscape manager in their landscape division. Then he proceeds to tell me how impressed he is with my working knowledge of irrigation. That Green T Services is going to be starting up an Irrigation Division and that I am just the guy they have been looking for. Then he walks out to talk with the owner about me. He comes back in and says that he has a couple more interviews to do but that I was his prime candidate and would "definitely" be called back for a second interview. I never heard another word from them. I called about 2 weeks later to follow up and see what was going on and they acted like they had never heard of me.
