Very friendly and thorough interviews. 1 phone interview with the recruiting team, followed by an interview with the HR Director, then a third interview with the rest of the team I would be working with.

The interview was scheduled with the HR department and lasted approximately 30 minutes. I did not receive any communication or feedback afterward, even after several follow-ups, and it has been nearly two months. Better post-interview communication would improve the overall candidate experience.

There were two rounds of interviews- first with the team mangers and the next round with shareholders who you would be working with. The interviews also consisted of some grammar tests and scenario-based questions.

Entrevista
The entire process was pretty easy and chill. No tricky interview questions. Just asked some typical questions about the resume, experience, goal, struggles, etc. Everyone I met was very nice including HR and attorneys
