3 rounds of interviews within a 2-week period. 1st interview, the person scheduled Zoom and did not have their camera on--very awkward and slightly unprofessional since mine was on, but based on other's reviews, it seems it's normal for this person. The other two interviews were great! I loved chatting with them and felt we really connected. After the 3rd round, I was told I would hear about the decision the following week. I sent my thank you emails and follow-ups; however, they ghosted me 2 weeks later, so I had to move on. Much like others have said as well as personal friends have told me, this nonprofit's review seem "questionable", but I wish they'd at least be more transparent about hiring and more courteous.
