Interview process was challenging and a bit lengthy, but very professional and inviting. Took a few weeks from submitting application to final interview (3 interviews total, one in person). Overall a positive experience!

Quick, organized, and thorough. The stages were a phone interview, a written assessment of responses to on-the-job scenarios, a 3.5-hour onsite interview (7 meetings with 8 individuals, each with a specific purpose with regards to evaluating the fit), and finally an interview with the department director. Each individual I met with made me feel welcomed and respected, and the process, though thorough and at times challenging, was also very warm and comfortable. Questions were a combination of the standard interview questions for which one generally prepares and more unique ones which were tougher to answer on the fly. Communications were frequent, and given time frames given between interview phases were clear and accurate; Greenhouse was very in touch with their candidates' needs.
