First of all, let me apologize to you, it sounds like you had a disappointing experience interviewing here, and that's not at all acceptable to our team or me. As you rightly pointed out, the fact that we have a lot on our plate right now is not very helpful to you as a candidate and you (all candidates, really) absolutely deserve a high degree of communication and transparency.
Our recruiting team and leadership has taken note of your comments and we'll be looking for ways to improve so this kind of thing doesn't happen again. It's disappointing to hear even one bad experience with us. We'll try hard to not have it repeat.
