My interview process with Greenstone was one of the most unprofessional I’ve experienced. From the start, scheduling was disorganized — I was given less than 24 hours’ notice for the first slot and then only one alternative date the following week, with no flexibility.
I prepared thoroughly over the weekend, but the final interview with two Managing Directors lasted barely 10 minutes — and most of that time came from the questions I asked them. Both had their cameras off, asked only a couple of generic questions, and ended the call without giving me a real chance to present myself or learn about the role. It felt like a box-ticking exercise and a complete lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort. Overall, a very disappointing experience that made it clear this is not a culture I’d want to be part of, nor one I would recommend to others.
