A predetermined list of questions is asked by 3-4 interviewers at a conference table, and the interviewers are not allowed to elaborate or ask additional questions. List of questions is the same for every position, regardless of level. Very stuffy environment, not necessarily negative or positive.

Entrevista
The interview format was a panel of four people rotating through predetermined questions. Everyone was very kind and patient. It took almost a month and a half after submitting the application to hear back about scheduling an interview. Great care was taken to contact all references and get sufficient feedback from each. This was my third interview with GCLS, but it was my first full time interview. The questions and format was about the same, but the interview took much longer this time (an hour and twenty minutes). I have not yet heard back either way about a job offer, but Glassdoor asked me to select one or the other, so I selected "no." (Hopefully, I'll be changing that.)
