Four sections: First a phone screening - just a basic conversation to see where you're at and answer any general questions you have. Then an excel assessment - this is moderately difficult but since you are given 3 hours to work on it, there shouldn't be many issues. Given data and asked to project a market share. Third is a skype case interview - this was rather simple especially compared to case interviews at larger companies like Capital One or Bain. Pretty straightforward as you talk about a market sizing of radio towers in an area. You will be tested on simple quick math. The last round is in person and lasts around 5-6 hours total times but this includes an hour or so eating lunch. It is split into 3 sections and you initially talk through the case to the whole team at the beginning of each section and get any background information. You are then given a computer with an excel file with ~10 sheets and have to sift through the data to create charts that are asked of you. My only complaint about the final round is that any time you ask a question, everyone on the team surrounds you and looks over your shoulder as Chris asks you questions. It definitely causes unnecessary pressure and can't possibly do a good job measuring someone's actual ability. After going through the whole process, it seems like a really solid firm that works on impactful work.
