Very formal feeling in a big boardroom. No one really paid attention to my work, in fact the president walked into the room, thumbed through the book without looking at it and said, “I can see you do good work.” They were more interested in looking good in front of everyone else.

The process was handled over the phone with no follow-up needed. The team was kind and thoughtful throughout, and overall it felt like a genuinely great, positive experience. I would be happy to go through it again.
