The actual interviews were smooth, pleasant and rather easy. Until the final round. After 3 interviews I was invited to a fourth round. This was delayed and cancelled at the last minute twice. Then, after a month, I had the final round interview where the interviewer spent the entire time talking about themselves and not actually interviewing. I was told I would hear back within a week or two. Over two months later I had heard nothing back, after chasing. Eventually I received an email from HR asking for a phone call and we agreed a time. I never received this call, and it's now almost three months after my final-round interview and I've received no response.

Telephone screening with HR/internal recruiter, face to face with Business Devt Mgr, face to face with Principal, telephone interview with Partner. Further informal face to face with Principal and Partner post provisional offer. Also online job fit and cognitive tests.
