First there is a phone call. Then there are two face to face interviews. You'll likely meet some people in the office. All of the questions are easy or standard. It's good to treat like a conversation versus an interrogation. No trick questions. Drug test, personality test. Basic stuff.

Terrible communication. Will talk nicely when you actually speak, but very bad at doing their job on the backend from recruiter to hiring manager. They basically ghost you. Had to reach out numerous times to even get an update. Hopefully they learn because this company will not thrive with current staff
