I was provided a company referral with a link to apply. I was provided an email to complete pre-interview questions and had one phone interview. Overall, the interview process was typical.

The overall process was fine, for the most part, people are friendly.
They say they promote from within first, but it doesn't seem like it is 100% of the time.
Would have appreciated more follow-up during the interview process and transparency.
