Entrevista
I had a series of 3 interviews. One via phone, then with Property Manager, then one with Regional VP. They wanted to see how I could manage a team, my sales capabilities, and work ethic. They also needed to determine my organization skills because follow up and entering prospects into database was a large part of the job.

Entrevista
I had the opportunity to meet several managers at a recent career fair and was truly impressed. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and welcoming. The conversations felt genuine; managers were very engaging and asked thoughtful, tailored questions to better understand where I might fit best within the company. The overall experience left me with a very positive impression of the team and the company culture.

Interviews were professional and encompassed the job description well. The manager was very friendly and encouraged an open dialogue. I do think the job doesn't require a collegiate degree but it worked.

Straight forward interview process that moves quickly. Friendly and professional staff. On boarding is relatively simple as well. You will get instructions on how to set up your account and proceed from there.
