Phone interview with HR first, then the hiring manager. Then, scheduled 1-on-1 interviews with direct team members and business partners. They were very flexible with the interview schedule and accommodated my current working schedule. Most of the negotiations happened with the HR person. Sometimes the HR person and hiring manager would bounce me back-n-forth between them, neither answering the inquiry.
They interviewed for a position that they were not really ready to commit time and money towards. Since being hired, my job description and primary focus have changed significantly, which is disappointing.
