I was asked from the beginning about my salary expectations and because I was expecting a higher pay we agreed to end up the interview. I asked for another position that was still active and accepting submissions but I was told that someone was already selected for that position.

I received and email from recruiter providing multiple options on dates and times to schedule and interview with her. Then we had the phone call interview on time within a week. I had the perception the recruiter didn't read my resume for the interview.
