I applied & received a email inviting me to call & set up my option of a recorded interview or a phone interview. Phone interview was basic went over the job & my resume, pay , hours etc. set up in location interview. Interview was just as basic. tour, pay hours etc then she left me with employees to explain the job to me (weird)

I was supposed to do phone interview first but they skipped it and invited me to on-site interview directly.
Some questions were situational/behavioral questions, I struggled to answer well due to my lack of my English ability.

It was a phone interview. He walked me through the job and what it would be like, asked me a lot of questions about how I would handle certain situations etc.

Entrevista
Came in and was given basic questions about teamwork and experiences with lab work. A major factor was showing enthusiasm and commitment to the job. The interview was with two managers and a tour of the facility was given after the interview.
