Entrevista
I had a phone interview and then was asked to come in the next day for an in-person interview. I went in, met two managers, and briefly chatted. They didn't really ask me much about myself, mostly just described the workplace and position. They also told me they would call me within a day to tell me either way if I got the job or not but didn't call back for almost a month, even though I called them multiple times to try and find out an answer.

Entrevista
Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
