Unorganized, they had already filled the position when they called me for an interview so I was then given the option to do a recorded interview if they got another opening.

Interview seemed positive, left feeling optimistic. Was sent job offer to sign for $0.40 less per hour than the agreement made during the interview. Interviewer refused to respond to emails or calls literally begging them to communicate with me to resolve the issue. Very disappointing as I had already made up my mind I wanted to work there based on the interview. Took the position, but starting off the job on the wrong foot will not be ideal.
