Phone interview with human resources recruiter. Interview lasted 30-40 minutes. From application to final notification, the process took about 4 months. The interview questions consisted of applicant knowledge of the organization, to standard scenario-based questions. The recruiter contacted me two months after the phone interview, to schedule a Skype interview with the hiring managers. Within 5-10 minutes, the recruiter called back to cancel, because the hiring managers wanted to conduct an in person interview. I understood, due to the recent events. I followed up with the recruiter a few weeks later, and the recruiter informed me that they had extended an offer to another candidate. I do understand that there are candidates who will be a better for an organization. However, I was frustrated with the handling of the interview process.
