Virtual screening interview, roughly 30 minutes. With position manager and hiring manager. I was asked general questions about my background, knowledge of specific techniques, career interests, interest in doing onsite interview. Was offered onsite interview but declined.

What is your background with xyz analytical technique?
Good, fast interview process. I had two interviews and got the job. I had multiple interviewers. Friendly atmosphere and employees seemed happy to be working there.
No difficult questions and they don’t make you do equations.
