Interview with mid-level management and center management. Sometimes it's an assistant manager, or an operations supervisor, or an area lead. Typically the center manager asks most of the questions. Very laid-back, and it was easy to be honest about what I was looking for and they played ball. For instance, after the on-boarding process I passed out when they were taking blood from a donor, and they transferred me to the lab very graciously.

Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
