Applied online and received an email and a phone call to set up an interview a few days later. Arrived at the office - the first interview was very fast. I filled out a previous experience form and went in. The interview was 15 minutes and very basic. I got a call back later that day to tell me I had moved into the next round.
The second round involved meeting someone at a grocery store to view the setup. It's just a sales job and the position I applied for was not what I was interviewing for. All employees start at the same level and work up, starting at minimum wage - not liveable.
Third round interview required a "quiz" that went over basic marketing terms and ideas discussed in the second round. Very odd.
I had a very weird gut feeling about this company and was put off that I was being interviewed for entry level, despite my extensive experience and that I had applied for a completely different position.

Submitted an application and received a interview confirmation email that afternoon. I was scheduled for the interview the next day. I had to fill out another job history sheet when I arrived and waited around 10 minutes. Sitting there, I noticed the office was very bare and didn't see many employees. My interview last 15 minutes and the interviewer explained all employees start "in the field" for a year and then move into an office position. I asked for an explanation of the position I was applying for and the interviewer repeated that it's "beneficial" for all employees to learn PR skills before taking on the position. I have 4+ years experience in communications.
This is strictly a in-store marketing company (i.e., Costco, Kroger, etc.)

What do you think we set up product displays in those stores?

Contacted through LinkedIn. Very quick to reply, and interview next day. Slightly hasty but liked how quick the process was moving. Interview was quick, concise and to the point. Felt like the interviewer (CEO) was reading a manuscript and just regurgitating information from a sheet of paper. Asked random questions throughout after reading very fast and not articulately so it was hard to understand.
