O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Grizzly Peak Group (Emeryville, CA) em mar. de 2010
Entrevista
The first part of the interview started with a few phone interviews with the CEO Rooz. He asked a lot of detailed questions about my strengths and weaknesses and then gave a very detailed description of the job. He blew the job up to sound much better than it actually was, but everyone does that. I feel that he glossed over the fact that the main part of the job would be "Cold Calling." Grizzly Peak was all men and they were all very cool guys. I would have loved to work with them but I did not want to spend 9-10 hours a day performing cold calling. Rooz the CEO said that the hours were long but it was an investment in your career. A 6 day work week was expected of you. The work culture was very laid back. Rooz said that you could come to work in pajamas if you wanted so long as you were comfortable. The organization of the interview was pretty laid back. It started with talking causally to one of the workers and then to whichever other one was available and then to Rooz the CEO. All in all, the work environment seemed really cool but the work was tedious and not appealing. Too Bad!
