It was quite simple. They reached out to me - first via email, then followed by an phone call. They've asked some simple questions like "what's your career goals", followed by an in person interview. I was honestly disappointed as I had specifically asked if this position was from their office or on different sides, and was assured that I had to come to the office every day. In my in person interview then, they told me it was actually at different store locations with an schedule from Wed-Sun. This is something they should have communicated over the phone instead of making me drive all the way to the interview.

Hiring manager will spent the first 5-10min building rapport and ask a few questions about you. The next 5 min will be spent going over your resume and your most recent employment. The last 5-10 min will talk about job responsibilities , structure, compensation, & progression within the company.
