My interview process began with a brief meeting with the HR manager. She explained the job requirements and gave me a feel for the company and its culture. About a week after that, I met with the VP of Operations and the HR manager for a formal interview. Following this interview, I was told that I was a finalist of the position. I came in for one final interview and was offered the position the next day.
