The HR person called me. As soon as we started talking, I was grilled with questions. She did not say much about the company or the role which was a bit strange to me. After the phone interview, I was given a code assignment which was not that hard. I was then inviting for in person interviews for 3 hours. It was more technical interview. I was interviewed individually by the department manager, 2 technical lead. The funny part was that when I went to interview, all three interviewers were kinda did not their home work. They were discussing who is gonna interview me first in front of me. I thought this part should have been discussed already. The department manager was not technical so she asked me questions about my previous experience and why I want work for them. Very straightforwad questions. Second interviewer was a dev team lead, he asked me to manipulate DOM using JS and some data structure questions. This was hands-on interview so I was coding on his computer. It went very well too. The third interviwer asked me random questions. I felt like he just asked me questions for sake of asking. I was sent an offer letter next day but overall I did not get a good vide so I rejected the offer.
