I experienced a very streamlined and professional interview process. The Director of People Ops (amazing attitude & positive energy) reached out to me to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. During our initial call, the hiring manager for the role was extremely thorough covering all bases, asking initial questions as well as answering my questions. From the conversation it was apparent that Growth Pilots really have a firm grasp on acquisition marketing. They also run campaigns across all major social and search platforms so imagine it's an excellent opportunity to explore various channels and manage campaigns at scale. The next step was a video interview which I never had the opportunity to experience because I received another offer. The video interview was scheduled to include an assessment with Microsoft Excel.

1 Phone Call with Director asking basic questions about culture, why I wanted the job, and my background. After getting past that, 1 In-Person interview with Director (more on technical capabilities for the job), HR (asking about organizational abilities), some current employees (100% culture fit test), CEO (more so him sharing background of the company and allow you to field questions about GP)
