There was a screening call. Followed by questions centred on competencies tied to the job. There was an asesement as well. Overall the dicussions were good. screening was done online while the competencies interview was one on one.

Entrevista
It had three stages. 1st a screening interview (general competency check and values alignment), then competency-based interview for real-life scenarios, then last phase with bosses to test competency again, career goals and alignment with organization.
Got to the last phase of the interview process, but did not receive any communication on whether I was susccesful or not. The company remained silent on whether the role was filled or made defunct.
