Entrevista
I completed the first two rounds (video call with the recruiter, and SparkHire one-way interview) and did not get selected. I found the process very enjoyable, the VP of HR, Jacqueline very engaging and kind, and the company seemed very positive and passionate. While I was disappointed I didn't move forward, I enjoyed the experience and getting to know them. The process, practicing for the interview, and learning more about GrowthDay's app was a growth experience, and I'm now one step closer to landing a job at a good place and understanding what I'm looking for in my next role.

Walk us through a complex data model you've built, challenges you faced, and how you measured accuracy and performance.

Entrevista
It seemed like a straightforward and organized process but, I was completely ghosted after two rounds. 1st round was a call with recruiter, 2nd was a recorded Sparkhire interview with 8 questions total.
Follow-up request was not replied to as well.
EDIT: They contacted me with a denial after seeing this review.

What are some self improvement tactics you have employed this past year.
Long interview process. The interviews were rescheduled several times. Questions were not difficult. I had three rounds of interview and didn't get any answer after the interview, only after several follow-up emails.
