Entrevista
Interview was very good. I went through first a phone interview and then a zoom interview with engineers and the third interview was on site with HR and manager. The interview went well but I think I was rejected due to HR not liking me personally. Seemed to give vibes of being racist honestly. Otherwise, the engineers and managers were great and likable.

Entrevista
Strange interview experience with 6 different people lasting half the day. Half of them didn't seem prepared at all and ran out of questions to ask and went to get the next person a decent amount of time before their allotted time was up. The company was recently bought by Koch Industries so I think Koch wanted to make them do interviews using their systems, but the people actually conducting the interview still wanted to do things the traditional way. The area the factory is in isn't great and I wasn't impressed with my interviewers so I probably gave off that vibe. My feedback was that I was "clearly intelligent, but didn't want it enough". Which is probably the best for both parties.
