The first step was an invite to take an online assessment. A couple of days later was invited to interview via Microsoft Teams. Interview lasted about 45 minutes and am awaiting possible offer.

The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview, and an in-person interview with department supervisors/managers. The interview consisted of situational and behavioral questions, and a discussion about my work experience.
