Met with a panel of about four persons who asked various questions about your goals in life, expectations and experience. Interview was scheduled based on the amount of other interviewees. Process was ok, short, not too intense. Waited a couple of months to be contacted to commence working.

Four interviews, want to know how big your network is. If you do not have a big network of friends and family you will struggle. Was not fully aware that you would be selling to only your natural market so should be more clear on that.
