As usually, screening, technical interview and assignment, if requires. Solve a test assignment if portfolio doesn't contain examples to determine experience level of employee candidate. Usually, test assignment is related to entities in employer field.

Entrevista
There were two interviews one with a recruiter and second with the people from team. Test exercise was to automate some API calls and add a huge amount of description and tutorial to the automation you did. It had to be really thorough.
Considering time i put into the this it is really disappointing to not get feedback at all.
Not even a rejection letter.

Entrevista
The first interview was a 90 minute free flowing discussion with the hiring manager in which we got to know each other. I was not asked a single specific question. For the second interview, I was asked to present a go-to-market strategy to a panel.
Even thought they were in possession of my salary expectation, they waited to verify my references before making an offer that was considerably below my expectation. They could have saved a lot of time by reorganising their process.
