1 interview with head buyer- Asked typical questions (Why Gucci, Tell me about your past experience...etc.) There were also questions about top competitors and the fashion industry in general. They want to know that you are hardworking and have a "realistic" idea about the fashion business and that you take it very seriously.
Online assesment after applying, phone interview with the HR, and then interview with the Hiring Manager. Very straightforward and appropriate for an internship-level interview. Took about a month in total for the entire process, but just a week for the interviews.
