After two phone interviews I made it to the superday. The process was slightly disorganized and everyone seemed very busy. Nice group of guys overall and really knew their stuff. Very technical interview questions, though not as difficult as firms like Houlihan Lokey and Moelis. Fit was very important as well.

Series of behavioral and technical questions throughout the interviews with all different members of the team from analyst to MD. Ends with a difficult super day - boutique firm so heavy on techs.

The interviewers were super nice. Be ready for technicals on various finance topics. Overall good experience. Just be sure you know you want to go into investment banking and know the finance equations that go along with it.
