Full day in office with back to backs (not panel, but one to one)
Everyone was gracious and nice. Some incredibly nice.
Biggest gripe I had was not being given time to ask my own questions. Each interview was completely consumed by the interviewer asking me questions, and then another person would knock and enter and take over. That process kept up for the whole day...to the point I actually had to ask if I could take a bathroom break. They were not annoyed, but I felt like at least one of them would have thought to ask if I needed a bathroom break or glass of water.
That said, it was a lot of fun and I met some amazing people.
I did not get an offer. I do wish they had given me the courtesy of letting me know why, as I was truly a good fit, and likely a bit overqualified, but I'd have liked to know why. Candidates always appreciate a little feedback right? I felt a little bummed at first because I like the company and people, but when we pray God's will over these things, we must be at peace with the outcome - which I was and am. And I am so grateful, as what came along after is absolutely what I needed...He knows!
