Entrevista
I had a total of four interviews. The first was with a recruiter, the second with a manager, the third was a case study, and the final was with another manager.
The interviews were for the most part very impersonal and vague. The interviewers looked exhausted and like they didn't want to be there. There was also a lack of diversity in interviewees and not enough details about the job.
They also make you use the STAR system to answer questions...

Tell me about yourself. Have you worked with state entities?
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

Entrevista
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
