Entrevista
The interviews mainly focus on personal fit questions. It's like they have a list of questions in front of them that they need to fill in and that was pretty much it. It feels unnatural like filling a questionnaire for all the interviews instead of having a conversation.
Poor coordination among interviewers, one interviewer didn't have a case study ready because HR didn't send it so it took awhile for that person to look for a case to give me. Then another interviewer was sick and forgot to give a feedback to HR before leaving for vacation so the process got delayed by weeks (without any email telling me even though I sent emails follow up a few times - no reply). Everything was chaotic, weird and slow

Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
