Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Guidepoint (Boston, MA) em out. de 2017
Entrevista
After sending in an online application, I was contacted by a recruited who scheduled a phone screen for the next week. The phone screen was pretty straightforward, asking about my resume and my educational experiences. After the phone screen, I was contacted by a separate recruiter to schedule an in-person interview in Boston about a week later. There is no reception area at the Boston office, so when you walk in you enter directly into the open office space. One of the women who was interviewing me directed me into the glass conference room to wait. I was then separately interviewed by two teams of two and the manager of the office, the whole process lasting about an hour and a half. The interviews were more conversational, focusing on the work that the different positions in the office do and my interest in the Research Analyst position. Everyone I met was pleasant and very honest in their responses to my questions. After the interview, I never heard anything back from Guidepoint, despite following up, and I ultimately accepted an offer with a different company.
The first round interview was conducted online via video call. The atmosphere wasn’t bad. I occasionally got some “what if” questions. But I was asked “Do you have any questions?” about five times.

The interview was very smooth and easy. I interviewed with each division and then was selected to work on one. The only downside was that it was 5 interviews that each had very similar questions.
