Simple interview, with two different people. Competency-based interview, nothing too difficult: your objectives, why the company, why that role, evaluation of skills and background.
I got a bad experience as both interviewers were in a rush and at the end I was told to expect a feedback within a week and it took them 3 weeks to say I wasn't chosen, despite my follow-up email one week after the interview (which was clearly ignored). It showed that the company does not treat people with respect.
