The interview process involved an initial phone interview followed up with in person interview with senior management. The description of the job evolved during the interview process which was somewhat troubling. It seemed like they were fishing for ideas and "free work" as is common among the less reputable hedge funds. Interesting business model/service but there is no career path. Taken together with the production expectations relative to compensation, felt like a predatory situation.
