The first-round behavioral interview that I had was on campus and went very smoothly. My interviewer was friendly and great to speak to. The process felt less rigid and strict, and rather it felt more that they wanted to gauge the cultural fit. I would definitely advise you to still prepare, but do not be too stressed and focus more on preparing good questions.
