One round interview with HR Manager and Research Manager. Applied for full time but was offered internship job with the promise of promotion after that. However, after 1 month they suddenly kicked me out with no consideration at all

I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.
