I first applied for a different role and the recruiter suggested me to a different position. It sounded nice so I decided to go on to the next process. My first interview was just mostly about me. It was me and the recruiter alone. Second interview was about the job description. The interview was with the recruiter the korean manager and the APAC team lead. I also had a short mock call test in Korean. It was over all a nice experience until I was supposed to take my third interview and the recruiter first sent me a wrong email that was not for me but a new interviewee then I didn’t get and message back after I sent my confirmation date for the third interview. I emailed back but didn’t get any reply. I was told that I would get an email if I have failed any interview. But then I didn’t even get a reply that was supposed to schedule me for the last interview. They did send me a calendar for me to check the date for the third round. I asked in email if there was any mistake but there was no reply. I just wanted to know why they would suddenly stop all contacts if they already promised me to proceed with the next interview. I did like talking to people but I didn’t like how they treated me in the process. I don’t blame for not getting the job or being accepted for the next round. But at least if they told me I failed the second round or didn’t reply in the first place I would not have waited. They definitely sent me an email telling me they would like to go further then they just ghosted me.
