The first round of interview was with a recruiter, it went well and a couple of days later she emailed me that I got to the next round. The next round was a two piece assessment, which took 2 hours to complete. Literally a day later I got a rejection email stating that they already filled the position!?? Absolutely shocking behaviour and complete lack of respect for candidates’ time.
It was ok, but the Interviewer was not so friendly as I expected a more warm tone considering it was an online interview.
