      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Guidepoint (Toronto, ON) em jul. de 2024

      Interview process started off fine with the Talent Acquisition team member being very helpful and caring. Unfortunately at each interview stage it started going downhill. I was fine with the second interview being technical question based to test my knowledge. But I was told the third interview was not going to be a test of technical knowledge, but it was. And they asked me about how to diagnose a blue screen error again. Then I had a fourth interview and was told it was not going to be a test of technical knowledge and it was. And they asked me how to diagnose a blue screen error again! Also the fourth interviewer needs to brush up on their interviewing skills because it was painful, it felt like I was interviewing him more than he was interviewing me. If I have to sit through 4 separate interviews but they all run the same, maybe we can get it all over with at one time, with a panel interview? After I spent about a month from start to the fourth interview, the job was reposted the very next day and I got radio silence for 2 weeks until finally I was told they went with another candidate. That’s fine but it’s strange you would repost the job and find another candidate within two weeks when my interview process took a month. Good luck to that candidate, I wish you the best
